Many love watching the sunrise, and with 2018 ending, why not celebrate the last day by taking in the sights from The Haedong Yonggungsa Temple? It’s a popular tradition among Koreans that visiting tourists who can also enjoy. The temple, which was built on the rocks, has an amazing ocean view. If this isn’t your ideal location, you can see the sunset from Taejongdae Park, a recreational area with a full view of the Busan Coastline.

Seongsan Ilchulbong Tuff Cone plays tricks on the eyes, giving the illusion of pushing the sun back up in the sky. Many come here to take in the sunset on January 1st.
- Jeongdongjin & East Sea
Jeongdongjin Beach is the ideal spot for lovers to take time away and spend New Year’s Eve together. The beach not only showcases a train station, but guests can also spend the night. Being able to watch the sun rise above the sea, smelling the ocean air of the New Year is what many dream of!
